For the first time ever, ITV has opened its doors to the home of the much loved ITV Daytime shows at Television Centre in London.

Enjoy behind-the-scenes access to working studios where many of our favourite daytime shows are made, including Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women. The tour will take over the studios just after filming has finished for the day, so that we can find out exactly how these shows are brought to life.

On this unique 90-minute fully guided tour, visitors will learn about the history of television and how TV is made, visit never-before-seen backstage areas, as well as learn TV secrets and insider stories along the way! Navigating the many corridors and stairs that supply the surprisingly intimate studios, visitors are offered a unique insight into the impressive work that brings the shows to life.

As well as the opportunity to read the weather on the Good Morning Britain set, and to hear from the stars of the shows themselves through specifically created video footage played at each stop, the ITV Daytime Studio Tour includes plenty of opportunity for pictures and selfies on the iconic sets, including the famous This Morning sofa. It explores the production corridors which lead to the green rooms, production offices, make-up areas and more.

Having previously been known as the BBC Television Centre, ITV Daytime moved to the White City location last year, leaving it’s former South Bank home. With 27,000 sq ft of space and over 350 staff, the studios remain one of the most important in the world of broadcasting here in the UK.

The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes with access to three of the four sets on any given tour, depending on production that day.

And if all that wasn’t enough, there will be a couple of hours free time beforehand to grab a spot of lunch or do any pre-Christmas shopping, with Westfield White City just a short walk away.
