One Night at the V.E Day Proms

Coach pick up, time to spend in Eastbourne, evening performance and return coach.

One Night at the V.E. Day Proms is the ultimate musical celebration in honour of the 75th Anniversary of V.E Day. This incredible concert show takes you on a musical journey through World War II, providing an insight in to how music played a pivotal role throughout the most extraordinary period in modern day history.

Featuring The London Gala Orchestra and exceptional live singers, One Night at the V.E. Day Proms brings back to life such popular war time songs as Vera Lynn’s The White Cliffs of Dover and Glenn Miller’s In The Mood alongside classical masterpieces such as Land of Hope and Glory and Jerusalem.

This celebratory concert show is sure to have everyone waving their flags and singing along to the music that helped make Britain great!

Leaving at 1pm from Dorking and picking up at Capel and Horsham en-route if required we will hope to arrive in Eastbourne by 3pm. This leave us with a couple of hours or so to enjoy the shops or a stroll along the seafront after which we can all find somewhere suitable to eat if we so wish before our show starts at around 7.30pm. We will leave straight after the performance with a view to being back at Dorking just before midnight, traffic depending.
