90-minute River Cruise with Afternoon Tea

Having been approached by a local organisation to arrange a day excursion for them, I am pleased to be able to offer the following Springtime trip on the River Thames with Afternoon Tea for all of our group as well. Sit back, relax and enjoy a trip without any of the hassle of organising it!

Our Thames River Cruise with an Afternoon Tea promises to give you a unique view of many of the iconic London sights, from the river itself.

We leave from outside the front of the Dorking Halls at midday, which should find us arriving at Tower Millennium Pier in plenty of time for our 3.30pm departure. If traffic is kind there should be a little time to take in the surrounding views by the Tower of London, where there are numerous options for a quick tea or coffee if we wish and toilets nearby if required.

At 3.15pm we will begin boarding the boat for our 3.30pm departure. During our 90-minute cruise, as we glide past many of London’s most famous iconic riverside attractions, we will be served an Afternoon Tea.

Relax with a nice cup of tea while admiring Big Ben, take your pick from the sandwich selection on your way to the London Eye and enjoy scones, clotted cream and jam as you cruise past the Tower of London. Some live or recorded commentary will accompany our journey.

Once our cruise is complete, we disembark and re-board our coach for our journey home. Subject to traffic conditions on the day, we hope to be back at the Dorking Halls at around 7.30pm.
