Fred Olsen Borealis Ship Visit With a Three-Course Lunch

Join us for a unique chance to visit one of Fred Olsen’s wonderful ships whilst docked at Southampton, between cruises.

Whether you are a seasoned cruise traveller, considering your first cruise, or are just a little bit nosy, why not join us and see for yourself the luxury a Fred Olsen cruise can offer. Borealis is one of three beautiful cruise liners currently in service with Fred Olsen, and we have the chance to be shown around this glorious ship by the Groups Team at Fred Olsen.

Intended for those new to Fred Olsen, on our visit we will enjoy tea, coffee and pastries once we have embarked and then, accompanied by one of the Fred Olsen team, we will be given a full tour of the ship, seeing areas such as the main and speciality restaurants, the bars and lounges plus a range of different cabins. We will get to meet some of the lovely onboard team who will talk us through their roles and answer any questions we might have. Once our tour is complete, we will enjoy a three-course lunch with wine in one of the main dining venues.

After lunch we have the chance to learn about the Fred Olsen way of cruising as some of the Fred Olsen team give us a presentation explaining all about Fred Olsen. Fred Olsen. Here we have the chance to ask any questions we may have about Fred Olsen in general or specifically our next cruises with them, firstly in July this year when we cruise to Ireland onboard this very ship, and then in August 2027 when we sail on Borealis’ sister ship Bolette as we discover Scenic Fjords and Mountains of Norway.

With our visit complete, sadly, we will have to disembark before Borealis sets sail for the Norwegian Fjords! Re-joining our coach, once we are all aboard, we will head back to Dorking with an anticipated arrival time of 5.30pm.

The dress code for the visit is smart casual, and please note the tour will involve a reasonable amount of walking, including stairs, and so please wear suitable footwear.
