Dinner and Theatre The Mill at Sonning – Anything Goes

With much of the original structure retained, this 18th Century Flour Mill has been converted into a renowned Dinner Theatre. Patrons enjoy a fresh home-cooked meal – with not a microwave in sight! – before watching the performance in the 215 seat air-conditioned auditorium.

Pre-dinner drinks with a view of The Thames or watching the working Waterwheel in the bar, is an added treat.

With many successful and very enjoyable winter visits to Sonning for their, now annual, musical, under our belts, I am pleased to announce our return in January 2027, this time to see Cole Porter’s Anything Goes.

Join nightclub singer Reno Sweeney, wide-eyed stowaway Billy Crocker, and a ship-full of colourful characters as they navigate mistaken identities, madcap schemes, and unexpected love aboard the luxurious S.S. American. With sparkling wit, glamorous costumes, and Porter’s irresistible score, this is musical comedy heaven.
