Panto @ The Palladium
Following the great success of our previous visits for the now annual Pantomime at the London Palladium, I am pleased to be able to announce that I have once again managed to secure an allocation of tickets to see this coming festive season’s offering. So we shall go to the most magical ball in the land this coming New Year, as the world-famous London Palladium invites us to the dazzling rags-to-riches fairytale Cinderella.
Comedy legends Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders reunite on the West End stage for the first time in 17 years as the wickedly hilarious Ugly Sisters, with incomparable panto sensation Julian Clary, wand in hand, as the glittering Fairy Godfather.
Palladium panto favourites Paul Zerdin, Nigel Havers and Rob Madge are back by popular demand, joined by acclaimed TV and theatre star Dex Lee as Prince Charming, with musical theatre’s Hope Dawe stepping into the glass slippers as Cinderella.
Expect the most spectacular costumes in Pantoland, dazzling special effects, riotous laughter and all the magic that has made The London Palladium the true home of pantomime for the past decade.
I repeat every year that I am no panto fan, but I have been bowled over each time, purely by the entertainment and production values. The quality of the performances and staging has to be second to none. The lavish set and beautiful costumes, designed especially for London’s biggest panto, makes this a trip we look forward to every year. As the reputation of the production grows each year, it has become more and more nail-biting as to whether we will get an allocation. I am thrilled to have been able to secure a second allocation for us as our first filled up within a matter of days. With it proving so popular at the theatre already, I am unable to hold these tickets for very long, so do book early if you are interested, as we wouldn’t want you missing out now, would we… oh no we wouldn’t! Parental discretion is advised due to innuendo; no under 4s admitted. All patrons must be able to sit in their own seats. In fairness to those that might end up on a reserve list, payment will be required at the time of booking to secure your place(s).
